Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within Canada.
Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages
Thelo Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us for additional support.

- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
